Our Mission
The Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office is an integral part of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Ireland. Here are some main tasks of our mission:
1. Carry out, implement and publicize policies, strategies, and laws and regulations of China in the foreign economic and trade areas.
2. Provide consultation for Chinese and Irish companies and enterprises in bilateral trade and investment.
3. Help expand cooperation in bilateral economic and trade ties.
4. Work as a link between Chinese and Irish national and local governments, organizations, and companies in different fields and help build up channels and contacts.
5. Promote bilateral trade and investment.
6. Guide over fairs and exhibitions, business seminars, and other business related activities.
7. Provide information and service for economic and trade delegations for both sides.
